Our manufacturing facility is ISO9001:2008 certified and uses advanced manufacturing techniques in the manufacture of our products.
Today, about 500 people work in our modern plant. This 30000 square meter plant is our manufacturing center, and our engineering and quality department. Keygas has 8 production lines and the annual production capacity is now approaching 7,000,000pcs of gas regulators. All of the products are with a Product Liability Insurance.
As a leading professional supplier in the industry, Keygas factory runs a strict QA system to ensure the product quality. All workers are trained to follow our QA procedures. On assembly lines, all of the regulators carry out 100% leakage & performance tests according to relative certificate standards. Additionally, 2% of the regulators are selected to have a double test by our QC team.
